Edward Brame is a seasoned financial executive and Senior Consultant Advisor with more than three decades of experience guiding federal, state, and local government programs. At Legacy Ventures, he supports strategic decision‑making by advising executive leadership, overseeing junior consultants, and conducting financial and operational assessments that strengthen organizational performance.

Before joining Legacy Ventures, Edward held key leadership roles including Vice President of Finance at Metters Industries, Controller at C2 Technologies, and Chief Financial Officer at Legion Design. He also serves as a long‑standing financial consultant to US Operations Precious Metal Inc., where he develops long‑term financial strategies and ensures regulatory compliance. A graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting, Edward is known for his analytical rigor, integrity, and commitment to advancing Legacy Ventures’ mission through sound financial stewardship.
